IEG has been providing quality association management services to organizations for over many years. We provide a variety of services for a wide range of private and non-profit clients, including major event planning services (conventions, conferences, trade shows, symposiums, meetings, and special events). The Conference & Meeting Planner, works in conjunction with the Director of Conferences and Meetings and with Association Managers, to produce client events from conception through completion. Duties include:
Comprehensive Event Management
Expert planning, design, and production for large-scale events, including virtual conferences with 500+ attendees.
Client Collaboration
Working closely with client leaders and association managers to ensure needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.
End-to-End Coordination
Overseeing all event details with venues, vendors, and third parties, covering setup, catering, decor, and logistics.
Timely Project Delivery
Managing timelines and using tools like Cvent to streamline the RFP process and keep projects on schedule.
Proactive Problem Solving
Anticipating issues and troubleshooting throughout the planning process to ensure seamless execution.
Team-Oriented Approach
Demonstrated adaptability, teamwork, and readiness to travel as needed to meet event demands.
